The villa is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a large living room with separate kitchen, bathroom, large living area with sofa and dining area with TV and access to a large outdoor covered patio and private garden. On the second level, which is accessed via an internal staircase, we find a bathroom with shower, three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, including two doubles and one with bunk beds for two people, the double rooms have access to a large patio covered and equipped with a side view of the sea.
LOCATION: The Villa is located 200 meters from the Procenisco beach, 300 meters long, bordered by rocks and easily reachable by foot via a flight of steps. BEACH: The bay of Procenisco, is of fine sand bordered by rocks, is fully equipped with paid beaches and free beach.
